Students who have not registered at all during the course registration week cannot perform any process related to course registration or register during the ADD-DROP processes. This is an important information for all students. |

Transfer of the documents whose justification is accepted to the Office of the President. Documents approved by the Office of the President are sent to the Financial Affairs and Students Affairs to perform course registration processes. The system is opened for the students whose justification is approved to carry out financial obligations and the students are responsible to perform course registration online during the add-drop period. Students who paid registration fee but not carry out course registration become unregistered for the semester. |

Holding EXEMPTION exams on basic subjects to students who have just started university education (who have registered to the program for the first time) and notifying the Student Affairs regarding grades achieved in the exams. The departments are required to announce the subjects for which they will be giving exemption exams before the course registration week and to notify the academic planning department. The Academic planning department makes the necessary arrangements and notifies the concerning department, and every department is responsible for the exams of the courses that bear their course codes. |

Course Add-Drop week for all associate degree and undergraduate students. The system is closed for the student who did not make any course registration in the normal registration period or have financial problems. Students’ course registration processes must be completely finalised by the end of the week. Course registration processes cannot be performed after this Date. Elective courses which do not fulfil the conditions to be opened will be closed on 28 September 2016 Wednesday and students who choose these courses will be notified via SMS. Students who chose closed courses must select another course in ADD-DROP week (Thursday-Friday). No course change may be performed after the Add-Drop week. |

Dating early finals for the students who come with Erasmus, world exchange and other programs and go abroad within the framework of the same programs. Students who will take these exams are required to prove their definite return with a document from concerning institutions. This examination is not held for all students going abroad. This examination is held due to conflicts happened in education program. A list regarding these exams should be submitted to the related departments by the International Office Directorate (UOD) until 02 December 2016 at the latest. The International Office will inform the departments of the lists through the Office of the President, after performing the necessary adjustments. Students who are entitled to early final exam are required to have final exams in the early finals period. They cannot take exams in the normal finals period. |
