Courses of students, who succeeded in the English Proficiency Exam and are starting their first year, will be assigned in the system by the Student Operating System. These students will not make course registration process. Except the students newly registered to the first class, undergraduate transfer, vertical transfer, international students and all others will make their own registration according to the registration rules via internet. They have to do these processes according to the registration calendar. Medical Faculty Students will also register to their semester and yearly courses in these dates. |

After this date, the selection or registration of courses cannot be made, the system will be closed. Students will be notified with SMS if a course has been dropped due to closing the system, but it is the students’ responsibility to keep track of courses by following the system in the date of 28 September 2017 Thursday. Elective courses that are required to remain open from the courses not having enough student will not be considered as course load to the instructor. |

Courses will be erased from students, who have not completed their fiscal responsibilities, and they will be transacted as “did not register for any course” in the system. The student is responsible for any courses that are either elected by them or assigned by the system. Especially scholarship students need to pay attention to this. |

Early finals for vocational school and undergraduate students, who came to the university with Erasmus, world exchange, winter school or any other way and will go abroad under the same programs. The leaving of these students, who will take this exams, is conclusive and this must be proven by institutions with a document. This exam is not given to all students who go abroad. This exam is only given because of overlapping course dates. A list made by International Office Directorate must be prepared and sent to the Rectorship until the latest 04 December 2017 Monday in order to be sent to relative departments. Students, who are on the student list transferred to the departments, will be notified about the exam date. Students, who have the right for early final examination, must take all their final exams on early final examination period. They cannot enter the finals on normal final examination weeks. Students, who have early final exam right cannot use their excuse examination rights apart from the normal excuse examination program. |

Some course registrations of students, who have enrolled in first grade on spring semester (irregular students) will be made partly by the OIS system and partly by themselves over the internet. Irregular students newly enrolled can make some adjustments on the courses assigned to them in ADD-DROP week. During this period, students, who have never registered, cannot make any changes about course registration in ADD-DROP week. Medical Faculty students will register to their semester courses in these dates. |
