Capital Markets and Commercial Law

PROGRAM DEFINITION

The Capital Markets and Commercial Law Master’s Program aims to cover commercial and capital markets law in more detail and more independently than the Private Law Master’s Program. It is imperitive that commercial law, as well as other branches of the law to the extent that they are related, are studied in detail and a light is shed on its wide ranging applications as new institutions and radical changes have been introduced by the new TCC (Turkish Commercial Code). 

The Capital Markets and Commercial Law Master's Program is desined to address the academic needs of students with different career goals as lawyers, judges or as academics teaching law.
