Salzburg Workshop in Istanbul

Salzburg Workshop was held in Bahçeşehir University between May 6-10, 2019. Titled as 'Dining Cultures', the workshop aims to investigate eating habits and tastes in different cultures, combining them with tastes, objects and presentation techniques, and to point at cultural inputs.
