The 11th ConsEuro International Scientific Congress, organized in partnership with the Turkish Society of Restorative Dentistry (RDD), the European Federation of Conservative Dentistry (EFCD) and the Turkish Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry (EDAD), was held in Antalya on 21-23 April 2022. In the congress, BAU Faculty of Dentistry Department of Restorative Dentistry lecturers presented their contributions as oral presentation and session chair.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tuğba Toz Akalın made an oral presentation of the scientific study titled ‘’Survival of Direct Restorations Using “Cention N” without Adhesive Resin: 3-Year Clinical Results’’.
Assoc Prof. Dr. Tuğba Toz Akalın was awarded the best oral presentation prize in the Senior Researcher category by the the Turkish Society of Restorative Dentistry (RDD) with this presentation, while the same scientific study was awarded the best scientific study prize in the Operative Dentistry category by the European Federation of Conservative Dentistry (EFCD).
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mağrur Kazak made a successful oral presentation of the scientific study titled ‘’Evaluating Cytotoxicity of Dentin Bonding Adhesive Systems on Human Dental Pulp Stem Cells’’.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Yeşim Şeşen Uslu made a successful oral presentation of the scientific study titled ‘’ Fracture Resistance of Teeth with Simulated External Cervical Resorption Cavities Repaired with Different Materials’’.
Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Meriç Berkman:’’ Investigation of 12-Month Clinical Performance of Self-Etch Adhesive with Two Different Contents Applied to Class V Cavities’’ konulu bilimsel çalışmasının sözlü sunumunu başarı ile gerçekleştirdi.

The scientific study titled "Influence of Egcg Pretreatment on Immediate Bond Strength of a Universal Adhesive Cement", in which Asst. Prof. Dr. Meriç Berkman took part as a researcher, was awarded the 3rd best oral presentation prize in the Junior Researcher category by the Turkish Society of Restorative Dentistry (RDD) and was awarded the 3rd best scientific study prize in the category of Operative Dentistry by the European Federation of Conservative Dentistry (EFCD).
