Important Announcement About the Graduate Graduation Ceremony

• The Graduate Graduation Ceremony will take place on Sunday, October 2, at 16:00 on D Terrace.
• The guests of our graduates for the Graduation Ceremony are limited to 2 people.
• Our graduates must be at the South Campus three hours before the ceremony starts and obtain their cap and gown.
• The robe rental office will serve in class B203 between 19.09.2022 - 01.10.2022, in the hours of 13:00-19.00, and our office will be closed on Sundays and public holidays.
• Our graduates who want to rent a cap and gown must deposit 350 TL, the rental fee, to the bank IBANs listed below and write their student number as the explanation. After that, caps and gowns can be rented with the payment receipt.

• Students who want to return their caps and robes will be able to return them after the ceremony. Caps and gowns that cannot be returned at the end of the ceremony can be delivered to the Graduate School of Education until October 15 between 13:00-19:00. "Return Form" will be filled during delivery. The refund fees will be returned to the IBAN that our graduates will specify on their "Return Form."

Note: Cap and Gown Rent and Return transactions will be made by EFT/Money Transfer to bank account numbers. There will be no delivery or refund in return for cash.

• Participation criteria of students for the graduation ceremony are; to be graduated entirely from their programs, submit their thesis and project, and that their graduation decision has been made. If you think you meet the graduation criteria and your name is not on the list, you should apply to the graduate education institute secretariat.
