BAU Gastronomy Students Achieve Great Success at the 22nd International Istanbul Culinary Days
Students from the Bahçeşehir University (BAU) Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts achieved a significant milestone at the 22nd International Istanbul Culinary Days Festival this year.
In the festival organized by the Turkish Cooks and Chefs Federation (TAŞFED), two separate teams consisting of BAU students were awarded Gold Medals in the categories of "Best University Team of the Year" and "Modern Turkish Cuisine Team."
Following this prestigious achievement, the students were hosted by Bahçeşehir University Rector, Prof. Dr. Esra Hatipoğlu, at the Rectorate office. Prof. Dr. Hatipoğlu congratulated the students on their performance and presented them with plaques of appreciation for their success.
